Presented is an antique set of 8 balls of limoges porcelain or fine porcelain /cereals made by tressemanes - vogt during the late 1800s or very early in the 1900s. Each bowl has a decorative gold rim and a thin strip of gold around the inner rim. The center of each bowl is white and the flat rim part is made in a cream or white color to add a little contrast.
The underside of each piece is marked for tressemanes - vogt. This set is in excellent general condition. There is minor wear on the gilding, but there are no chips, no cracks, no breaks and no repairs. Each bowl is 9 5/8 inches in diameter and 1 5/8 inches tall.
