For sale is a monterrey westernware 12 1/2 x 4 1/2 deep popcorn bowl enamel covered cowboy hats - lariats and cattle brands design near mint. Monterrey westernware was manufactured in the mexico and was available in midwest grocery stores in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It is made of tin covered with enamel and is yellow with brown trim. This bowl of popcorn has different brown cattle markings around the edge, as well as two cowboy hats and lariats. On the background is the logo of the gold company that makes this dishes.It is written monterrey western ware, made in mexico. This would be ideal for camping or simply collecting. It is about 12 1/2 in diameter and 4 1/2 in depth. It's in very good condition with the exception. There is a chip of about 3/8 squared on one side of the inner bowl. There is also a small chip in the brown rim around the top of the bowl.
