A Georgian pair of derby painted soft dough porcelain bowls cake or baskets around 1800 1825. This company was later known as royal crown derby. These 11\"x 8-1/4\" baskets have the red painted derby mark of this period, and they feature wonderful free hand-painted floral sprays and gilding. This pair is in excellent condition, no fleas, cracks, stains, repairs or damage other than some minor loss to some paint on a bowl (restoreable) and some in the set of fine cracks. We rarely see original pairs of cake baskets end this period more. All condition problems are noted. All items are vintage or old and may show signs of use and patina.
